we ordered a swing set for our daughter for Christmas almost 4 weeks ago (today is December 16) we have been calling and calling trying to get some update of where it is at. all the people we spoke with did Nothing but put us on hold and give us the run around. finally spoke to "Linda" the store manager about a week ago she said it has not left the factory. today we get the news that apparently our orders have been canceled. Noone ever gave us any updates or sypmothy for that matter. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and never have I ever been so poorly treated. thank you Walmart you ruined my daughter's Christmas

Had a very bad experience today when I went into the store. Was purchasing two shirts that were marked $5.00 and was on a rack that had a clearance sign of $5.00. But when I went up the the check out stand, they rang one up at the 5.00 and the other at 7.99. they would not honor the price that the shirt was marked. Spoke with 2 difference assistant manager and got no where. When ask for the BB number they told me call 1-800-walmart. Not very good customer service. Cashier was rude, did not like to do the price match either.

Food deptartment customer service does not exist. Deli is disgusting.

They have everything and it is all cheap. Dont ask anyone for help though, you have the same luck finding a specific item as any given employee. They are not much help. Why do they have someone that says hi to you on the way in, this seems like a waste of money.
