I go in all the time. The workers are so wonderful and always will to help. They always have what I need.

In regards to she4gotit's review, I don't see how she can just blatantly blame the florist like that. How is it HER fault that flowers she left on the counter for a wedding were purchased by someone else? Obviously that is the fault of whoever made the sale. That person should have asked to make sure those flowers weren't for someone else before selling them. Secondly, if she was all booked up for the day, then she has every right to tell a customer that she cannot help them with an order. One can only do so much in a day. I doubt she gets paid overtime. Thirdly, I find it extremely hard to believe that VONS had, as she4gotit put it, "dried up nasty roses." I have been shopping at VONS for years and I have never, EVER seen bad roses at any VONS store. And I check out the flowers almost every time I go shopping because they cheer me up. What she4gotit probably meant was that the roses she wanted were just barely starting to wither at the edges. If so, BFD. They're still good, and you cannot beat VONS's price for a dozen roses anywhere. I find that most people's negative reviews are irrelevant because more often than not people will only write a review in order to complain, not to praise. Even then I find that their complaints are invalid because what they are complaining about is pretty trivial, especially when I know for a fact that, say, a restaurant's "stale and/or greasy food" simply wasn't the very best one could ask for, but still quite decent IMHO.

I shop here all the time. The lady in floral "Amy" she is the worst. I ordered flowers for the wedding, she left them out on rhe counter and other people bought them! When I went in all they had left was dryed up nasty roses. Then another time I called to place a order, and she said she was too booked for the day and hung up on me. Bad custoner service!
