Coarsegold Dental

It was a great experience at the dentist. I had two cavities filled up. Dr Geyer was extremely thoughtful and caring throughout the entire process. It was easy and painless. Him and his team made sure I was always comfortable. My insurance was not in their list, but they made it work without any troubles. I'd recommend Dr Geyer over and over to anyone. Thank you Golden Hills Dental!!!
I've been going to Golden Hills for many years now. There always warm, inviting and thoughtful when it comes to dealing with sensitive subjects like taking out a tooth. Also they always seem up to date with technology. I can tell there always doing there best to improve there business.I personally have been to many different cheap dentists and always ended up with more issues in the long run. But now I have a dentist I can TRUST at Golden Hills! I recently had a tooth implant done and the next day I wasn't sore and in no pain, for those of you who know me this is amazing in it's self considering I have a bleeding disorder.
Don’t let the nice reception area fool you. I came in here for an emergency tooth ache which has never happened before. Unfortunately my regular dentist was out of town for the holidays so I was scrambling to find one open on a Friday. My tooth hurt so bad that I was unable to eat for the past two days. I left work 6 hours early due to the pain. Once I walked inside I was initially thinking that maybe I would switch dentists since this is closer to my house. The staff was almost too friendly, almost scripted, to the point it seemed odd. The hygienist was VERY nice. Though once the dentist came in I felt the same forced niceness. This immediately diminished when he talked to his staff which was downright rude. Regardless I came in there for an excruciating toothache. He looked at my tooth and actually stated, “I think your nerve is inflamed all the way through your nasal cavity. You’ll have to suffer through the weekend.” WTF!!!!! I missed work and came in here for some sort of relief. I left the office with just as much pain as I came in with. I was in soo much pain that I was ready to pull the tooth out myself. My wife who is an R.N. was livid when I came home still in excruciating pain. Not to mention another night of sleeplessness. The pain got so bad that I vomited and almost passed out. She went to the drug store and purchased almost $100 in over the counter pain medication and topical creams which allowed me to finally eat a small meal and sleep. I would NEVER go there again. I’ve never heard of a health professional tell someone to “suck it up” when they come in there for relief.
The doctors and staff are nice but that is so you will not punch them out when they hand you your bill. My crown fell off. (they put it on 6 months earlier) Maybe I am wrong but I would think they would put it back and not charge me. Well, they left me sitting in the waiting room for 1hr, in the chair another 1/2 , the doctor came in took 10 minutes to cement the crown on, the assistant finished it up. I got up and said thank you -- oh but wait-- that will be 94.00 please. Are you kidding me? Guess they charge people for sitting in their chairs also. I will not be going back and I have heard other people at my church who say the same thing. Why come to Coarsegold and scam elderly people on fixed incomes? They should tell you before they charge you!
They tried to charge me $900 for a root canal: Drove down to Camarillo and got it by a better dentist for $200!!!! Very pushy staff: No I will NOT go on to your stupid financing payment plan!
