Service is horrible here!!!!!!!!Fail rather if you go on a Saturday or a Monday they never treat you right. On several occasions I was being helped by one person and then all of the sudden they decide to go help another person?? Who does this in any buisness? I'm sure they won't last longer your better off shopping at a hole in the wall that has excellant customer service and doesn't treat you like garbage. All the employee need to take a customer sevice class 101 you can hire 20 employee but if they all suck so will your buisness.

Immediately upon entering the store I was helped by very friendly staff and was told I didn't need an appointment to get an eye exam. Once I got an eye exam I got the feeling the optometrists here really cared about my eye health and wanted me to be informed about my condition. They have state of the art technology that made my eye exam quick and painless. Also I was told that if the proper materials were available I could have my new glasses done in an hour. I will definitely be scheduling future eye exams at Optom-Eyes
