Office hours are 8am-8pm, came in at 7:40pm and the office girl said they we're not taking any more patients. It was only a high school physical. I thought business hours were time of business. Poor services
Meridian Urgent Care is by far the BEST place I've been to. The nursing staff are all very sweet and caring. I got the best treatment out of any urgent care I've been to. DON'T GO TO DR. MIKES! Go to Meridian!!
HORRIBLE URGENT CARE These idiots almost killed me! I went to Meridian Urgent Care for a 1” laceration. The FNP, L Dorman said, “The cut is too close to the knuckle, we can just tape it. Less than a week later it had reopened. I went back to Meridian Urgent Care 2nd time; the doctor said I had waited too long for stitches. I told her I was her within an hour of the incident. She said, “No I’m talking about now. It has to be done within 8 hours.” They placed some more suture strips on angrily and sent me on my way again. The real problem is (L Dorman prescribed Cephalexin for antibiotic.) That medicine is like taking rat poison. I have been so sick, unable to breathe, constipated, diarrhea, etc. all my muscles are in severe pain. I went to Target Pharmacy to ask the Pharmacist for some help. He told me that Cephalexin is the worst sh!t in the world, (It's Horrible) He said, he cannot take it. So this is what they prescribe for me (the worst sh!t in the world). The staff at Meridian have proven over and over that they don’t give a damn about anybody. FNP, L Dorman failed to stitch the wound, he lied. They failed to provide post instructions and then prescribed the worst sh!t in the world. Then tried to blame me for the reason why they couldn't put stiches in. DON’T GO HERE, THEY ARE IDIOTS, GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM ONLY.
My 11 year old son was recently treated at the Hesperia office. He was given liquid antibiotics and was unable to hold them down. I decided to stop by the office the following day to have the script changed from liquid to pill form. I expected this to be easy since it was only an anitbiotic. I spoke to the nurse/receptionist and she said she would speak to the doctor (there were 5 of them including the doctor sitting in the booth chatting) and I was to have a seat and wait. Several minutes later she called me to the window and tells me the doctor said no. I didn't understand this and asked why he would say no and she explained that the doctor sees no need to change it. I explained again that my son has been taking pill form meds since he was very small and this particular antibiotic he just couldn't keep down. Her response was to mix it into his food and drink and do it that way. I told her that this doesn't make any sense. Why would they want a child that has NO problem taking pills take a liquid that would make him vomit? We argued back and fourth for a bit and the doctor standing there listening to this chimes in and tells me that my son can choke and die if he takes pills. I told them this is ridiculas and that I know my child and I know what is best for him. I told them that they are supposed to be here to help people and not to make things harder on them. The doctor then had the nurse write up a generic form that says that my child can choke and will die from taking pills and that I am refusing to listen to their advice. I have never delt with a doctors office more difficult than this one. It is a clean place but they DO NOT have the child's best intrest at heart. This whole thing should of been avoided. I wasn't asking for a new med, I just wanted to change the form of med so my child could take the meds he was prescribed. These doctors and nurses do not respect their clients and I DO NOT recomend you take your family members to this clinic. It may be a quick easy way to see a doctor but you will sacrifice service for quickness by going here.
