Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!!! If you go here, make sure you take your coverage guide because on two different occasions, they have over-charged us. The first time my wife realized that something was wrong and pulled out the coverage guide. I cracked a tooth and had to have a crown made. After they determined what I would need, they quoted me $879. My wife found the guide and looked up everything. My actual cost was $185. Once we pointed this out, they said that they had made a mistake and they were looking at the wrong coverage. The second time, my daughter needed a couple fillings. They charged my wife almost $400. When my wife got home she looked up the coverage and found that they over-billed her by $180. This was brought to their attention and they apologized stating that they looked up the wrong coverage. Jesse said that he would get us a refund from the corporate office. A long time had passed when my wife had to call to ask about the refund. Jesse said they hadn't received a check yet. My wife had to call three more times before Jesse said that a check was being mailed. When we received the check it was written out to my daughter (a minor) and the last name was wrong. Jesse said to return the check to him and he would have a new check issued. About 3 months had passed since my wife returned the check and we still hadn't received a new check. We have called about 7 or 8 times. Every time we call, Jesse is unavailable, on the other line, with a patient and then never calls back. I did talk to him twice and he stated that he was waiting for FedEx to deliver it. The last time was about three weeks ago. Maybe Tom Hanks from Castaway had it in that box! Today I called and spoke to Alexandria who said that the check was there and we could come pick it up. If you do go here, please take your coverage guide so that you do not have to overpay.
