I call for an appointment and as I'm introducing myself I say I'm from Lakeport and the first thing out of the receptionists mouth is a sarcastic "We're pretty far from Lakeport?!" Needless to say, I wont be booking an apt with them! Businesses need to realize that the receptionists are the face of the business and when they're rude and feel put out by your call, we wont be calling again or referring people!
