They suck i had to wait 7 hours to get all of my work done one dentist took a break in middle of my work it a hour before i had to find Someone find the dentist to finish the work they don't wash their hands between procedures if your looking for dentist don't go to western dental the tooth they pulled they left a piece in my gum and i was in more pain before i went in

Incompetent comes to mind when I think I'd these people. They can't find files or send off paperwork correctly much less get their records correct as to what your last visit was for. If they weren't the only ones in the area that accepted my insurance I would be done with them.

BE AWARE! This dentist office is horrible and they practice unnecessary treatment(especially in children), as well as malpractices for insurance money. Yes, the wait is an hour and often longer, then once admitted you wait in the the chairs for 30 minutes while they 'take care' of other patients. I wish I had the time and money to invest in a malpractice complaint. My two children of 7 and 9 have gone in just once and I have already noticed that they are doing work that is not appropriate for children. They pulled my little daughter's 2 molars on one side because they said the permanent teeth were coming in, now she will have a gap until she is 13. They also wanted to fill my young son's baby teeth when he has complained of no pain, even going so far as to plan to do a root canal at age 9 that would permanently destroy his root and replace it with another material. Do not follow through with major procedures unless you seek a second professional opinion, also take care of your children's health and do not have teeth removed because this could cause unnecessary and permanent damage. Even with fillings they sometimes will drill a hole in a healthy tooth and fill it. They do not do a very good job and seem more like a processing mill to me. Take precaution!

I had a wonderful experience here. My kids are grown and my appointments were for me and I was treated great! Dr Jotsma is WONDERFUL! I dont take pain pills and she didnt try to push them on me like most Dentists do. She always paused during treatment to make sure I was comfortable. I will always go back and have refered most of my family who have also had good experiences here. Maybe its just the person? Im just saying.....
