I finished a marathon just before my 60th birthday, thanks to the expert training I received from Serena Roda of San Luis Sports Therapy – Paso Robles. I’m no athlete, but she helped me with an age-specific training program and exercises that worked perfectly. When I strained the arch in one foot, she knew just what to do to correct the strain and prevent further problems.
