The worst dental experience -EVER!!! I made an appointment for a broken crown exam. Was told on the phone that I would have to go thru new patient procedures then they could extract or fix and I expected that. They then made a noon apt. (keep this in mind - I didn't) I got there 15 min early per request for my 12pm apt to do paperwork. Luckily the person in front of me was a pro and I watched as she chequed herself in on a computer screen. The receptionist didn't even look up. The client was nonplussed. I asked if this was also the way new clients chequed in. I got an annoyed stare and a bark (I had interrupted her personal phone call). I had to assume that meant yes because she went back to her call. I chequed in and sat down. And sat. And sat. 1/2 hr later I was called up begrudgingly to fill out paperwork. Then at 12.45, I was taken in for x-rays. OK, no problem there. A little old fashioned but I didn't expect medical to back a dentistry that would cost them a fortune to subsidize. x-ray tech was friendly and compliant (get to a better job quick, honey!) then I was taken to the assembly line room. A large circular floor with "room" spokes (no doors - no window to look out) leading our from the middle so you can look anywhere and see the one lone doctor working on a patient while the other 4-6 wait. Oh, by the way, everyone else was where ? AT LUNCH. Of course they're at lunch. You don't schedule appointments for DURING lunch time. That's the 2 hours the doc needs to eat AND catch up with the morning. (I worked front desk dr office so I know of what I speak, see I told ya I didn't keep that in mind). More patience flowed into the spoke and then we all waited. Then - the very best thing in the world happened. a mother dragging her 3 kids. One was old enough to have baby sat the other 2 while mom was at the dentist - but no, mom got to drag all her kids with her. Well, evidently that didn't brighten anyone's day cuz as soon as they landed the kids were off and running - and crying - and screaming - all literally. Mom even had the gall to point me out to her little girl and say; "you see her, you're annoying her!" got news - YOU were just as annoying by not showing any discipline. Well about 1.50 I texted my man that I was still there. He texted back exactly what he would have done by now. The doc finally comes up, says hello open wide. He pokes and dictates tooth numbers and conditions to his computer jockey, glances over at the x-rays once in a while and with in 5 minutes he wants to do a root canal, 3 replacement caps, fix the broken cap, and do quads. Well, I reminded them I was on DentiCal. No problem, they have financing! By the way the financial advisor will go over your choices and we can go from there. What!? Talk to the money lady first to see what they can get out of me then we do what is in that budget. That's the gist of the whole conversation I was having - no she was having (I was too pissed off and dumbstruck). They wanted to financially OK my whole mouth before they touched anything. One thing at a time? Nope - all or nothing. Guess what - they're getting nothing.

These people don't seem very well trained. The manager is a liar. I had a procedure done there, and a product used in this procedure later broke. A claims examiner from an insurance company called this office in order to get the name of the manufacturer for this product. The manager at Western Dental would not speak with her on the phone, but had an employee communicate the managers thoughts to the claims examiner, and the manager through her puppet, lied to the claims examiner and told her I never had the procedure completed there. An absolute lie. I have all the documentation proving I had the procedure done. So much more can be said about this office.

I was very pleased with the service!! Everyone was curtious,polite, and caring. I was a little worried because of the reviews but very pleased i went!! I would recommend it to all. I will be coming back for years to come!! Thanks!!!! Dennis lujan

This place is a joke. Those poor workers The office manager is a total jerk. There was pee all over in the restrooms You Waite hours pass your appointment time. Corporate and the office tell u two differant things. Like my goodness come on and get a clue. After 3 hours I find out that they totally lied to me. They told me it would cost the first visit fee and any thing after would be contracted. Well they lied again they wanted the total cost of the tooth extraction plus the first visit fee. And when the lady at the front counter wad trying to help work on the problem the office manager got after her. She was told to stop helping us. Really? Like oh my goodness. Unless it is your only option please save your self and go some where else
