I'm from Los Angeles California I couldn't get my prescription filled at my local Target because I was going to the bay to celebrate my third wedding Anniversary and I figured that I could fill my prescription there in the bay. It turns out that my insurance wanted the details of what I needed this prescription for before they could actually pay for it, But the person that helped me at this Richmond California Target pharmacy told me that my prescription wasn't covered, So they would contact my doctor to prescribe something else or I would have to pay $80 dollars. they made me realize that they did not care about me as a customer or person. I never got my prescription filled, plus they never attempted to reach back to me, furthermore I spent my vacation with the worst untreated ear infection ever. It Is the 9th of January and my prescription still hasn't been filled I actually took this prescription to target on mcdonald's in Richmond on the 27th of december. My ears are killing me I have a bad infection and still haven't heard from them so I called my local target since I'm back in los angeles and I asked them to fill it. my local target gave me the accurate information. When the richmond pharmacy told me that my insurance did not even cover this medicine... I Am still waiting for my prescription to be filled.
