I was scheduled to have two teeth filled, one upper and one lower. After numbing the entire right side of my face they decided that they did not have time to do the lower tooth because their lunch break would begin in five minute!! I was already medicated and had already paid for "services rendered." Yet getting to lunch on time was more important than quality patient care. I would have lodged a complaint with the person in charge, but this is the OWNER who did this to me...Needless to say I will be looking for a new dentist.

They decided not to show up for my appointment. I came to their clinic only to find their front door locked. When I called their clinic in Watsonville they told me they are independent from the Salinas and San Jose location. Basically no help and were unable to provide any explanation. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! GO TO A REAL DENTIST!

This office is HORRIBLE. These people lack professional communication and do not provide assistance for people in need of medical relief. The appointments are booked 8 weeks out and no one provides clarification of how they will conduct medical care. They try and charge you an outlandish $250 cancellation fee if you can't cancel within 72 hours EVEN if your reason for cancellation is valid. The staff is rude and uneducated and are not patient or helpful. Do yourself a favor and find a dental office that cares. These people are obviously out to dig in your pockets!

Highly recommended! As a new patient, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and dedication to making my dental visit seem more enjoyable. Dr. Brock clearly explained what he was doing, and never once jabbed or cut my gums during my routine cleaning or root canal! The office has a calming waiting area, spacious rooms, and employees took the time to know my name before looking down at my chart. Other perks included a warming neck pad while sitting in the dental chair and option of their tooth whitening program. If you need a dentist - go to Dr. Brock and you'll be happy.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I set up an appointment; however, when I showed up they told me it had been canceled. (It seems that they decided to cancel my appointment). The Assistant told me something, but then the Office Manager contradicted her. Anyway it was a waste of time for a new patient. NO RECOMMENDATION AT ALL!!!
