Dr. Chao and his assistant Judith work great together as a team. I came in today to get a chipped tooth fixed and the appointment went very well. Judith made sure I was comfortable in the chair and even offered me a blanket and headphones. Dr. Chao explained what he was doing throughout the procedure and got it all done with little to no pain. Great experience! Would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

DR. Chao and his professional team have changed my life. The quality of care and patient communication is amazing. I had not seen a dentist since 2009, so getting back into a dental routine was a bit daunting, but the Chao Dental Care team made all the worries go away. after two crowns and a root canal, with Dr. Chao and his team, i can tell you there is not many finer dentists out there. This last visit, i can't even remember as there was no pain or discomfort with the root and canal procedures. In fact he has out fitted his office with the latest dental technology, and the device he used today to numb my tooth was amazing. instead of numbing my whole mouth, or side of my mouth, he numbed only the tooth he was working on. No pain and still lots of gain. So if you are worried about seeing dentist out of fear of the pain, Dr. Chao will definitely send you home with a great smile. RW

First visit here was most excellent and I was impressed 4 sure. Pros: Staff was great and the Doc took time for a complete look at my teeth. Cons: can't think of any.
