No bueno !!! Heard stories about WD and they are true. Three visits and I am not going back. No stars from me, maybe skull n crossbones!! Had to pick one star (Hated it) in order to Publish review !!!!
If you what to wast three hours of your life, this is the place to do it. it is dirty and the people are very Unprofessional. Billing is the worst wound not recommend this place to any one. They only spent maybe ten mins tops, on cleaning my teeth. More like seven after waiting so long, then they just left me in the chair. I went to the front office my self. Computers not working, so they took my card and charged my payment online. Then today the main office called to say I had an out standing balance, how would I like to pay. I told them I pay in full when I go to the office. None of these people are professional DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
Although I read the bad ratings for Western Dental, I thought I'd try them anyway. BIG mistake. I scheduled an appt. with a specific dentist and when I got there was told he wasn't in that day. Okay, so I rescheduled again for a specific dentist and asked that they contact me if he wouldn't be in and again, when I got there, was told the dentist I requested didn't come in. I was fit to be tied. I reluctantly agreed to see a different dentist, named Dr. Rick. I checked his credentials on their website and they looked good. The radiologist took about two x-rays of each tooth which appeared to be complete overkill. Dr. Rick came into the very unprofessional cubicle with a very unprofessional attitude and had his back to me the entire time. He looked at the xrays and advised the assistant what to put into the system for each, e.g. root canal, normal tooth, etc. He was very brief, didn't talk much but did answer a few questions, still with his back to me, just turning his neck to answer me. He was unimpressive, to say the least. The assistant who took the notes to put into the system, promptly deleted everything and was going to put everything back by memory. I insisted she check with the dentist so that information would be accurate. I was assured that he would review everything before signing off, which of course, he did not. He acted like it was an effort to even to do that. The assistant left me in the chair with my bib on, didn't tell me I was finished, and joined a group of girls chatting in the middle of the room. I guess that was more important than finishing with a patient. Overall, this was the worst experience in a dental office yet!!! Nobody cared about anything, not even the dentist. In all honesty, I wouldn't bring my dog to this place.
The day I walked out, they started the mess up. Not only was my dentist attending three patients at the same time, meaning they had to keep reinjecting me with novacaine, they credited my payment to somebody else's account and it took me almost a month to stop receiving calls from their corporate offices telling me i had to pay. On top of all of this, they mislead me when explaining my "potential" dental plan benefits, and am in the process of fighting their dubious business practices. Run if you can.
I took my son for a routine check up and wow 3 hours there he didn't even get work done wonder how long we would be there if he had a cavity the dentist needs to focus on one patient at a time and wow this place is extremely run down look at the pic of the chair he was sitting in gross tiles missing from the ceiling and all stained up there should be some kind of standards they need to meet
