I got a groupon to get my teeth cleaned, X-rays, and exam. They used a machine that supposedly tells you that you have cavities. A friend of mine who is a dental hygienist told me that the machines aren't reliable. Anyways they said I needed to get 2 cavities filled and made me sign some paperwork saying I will come it to get them filled. I didn't and a year later I went to another dentist saying I don't have cavities. I'm pretty sure cavities don't just go away... Watch out for this place.

Dr. Fred has been my dentist for a few years now and he is great. Tom the Office Manager is also great to work with. Their follow-up is superb and they really seem to care about their patients. Highly recommend.

I loved this office! Tom was very thorough at checking in to my insurance coverages. Dr. Fred explained what treatment I needed. I have always had a lot of dental problems, so I was happy that he could explain everything so well and Tom could show me the costs. I found it easy to schedule my appointment and have recommended Dr. Fred to my friends!

It's not easy for me to imagine getting dental care from any other dentist, after having one dentist for over 20 years, but due to his retirement I was faced with this awkward reality. In search of a new dentist I was referred to San Diego Smile Dentistry from a co-worker and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is very clean and modern, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Fred Harandi and he was very knowledgeable as well as personable. Have to thank my co-worker for the recommendation, looks like I might have another permanent home for my dental care.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist office! The whole staff, especially Tom and Dr. Fred really strive to make their patients feel welcome and relaxed, which begins from the minute you walk in the door to the moment that you finish your dental work. I had originally visited this office after purchasing a discounted cleaning and xray exam on yelp, however after receiving such wonderful service and attention, I decided to return here for additional dental work that I needed to have. Again, the staff went out of their way to help me feel at ease. They even put on SNL for me to watch, which also helped to lighten the atmosphere! I definitely plan to keep Dr. Fred as my dentist! I know that I won't be disappointed!
