Gadi and the strain-counter-strain technique is very effective and super relaxing. It only took 3-visits to end my pain. I was in a very bad water skiing accident many years ago that has plagued me forever. Gadi leveled my hips and released my spastic muscles. I no longer live in constant pain. Surgery is NOT the answer and should be avoided at all costs. Try this first please, along with acupuncture and two chiropractor visits per year, I did not need surgery for my back.
