This review is about their pharmacy. It was previously published under the other Raley's pharmacy in town as this Raley's pharmacy doesn't have a separate place to review their services on the internet.This pharmacist is truly incompetent. As someone who writes prescriptions I would be hesitant to send clients there to have a prescription filled.For my personal experience as a patient, after I dropped off a prescription for a refill, they called me back 3 times telling me that my prescription was ready. After the first call I was at the pharmacy within 15 minutes to pick up my prescription. I was told that they gave my prescription to someone else, and they didn't have any more of my medication. RED FLAG - they gave my prescription medication to a different patient.I came back after they called me the 2nd time to pick up my medication telling me that it was ready. When I got there they made up some excuse and told me that they didn't have it ready, and they will call me later again when it was ready.I came back after they called me the 3rd time to pick up my medication telling me that it was ready. They made up yet another non-sense excuse why it wasn't ready. When I asked why they called me down there for a 3rd time, instead of apologizing, the pharmacist leaped over the counter to yell at me in front of all of the people in line telling me that it was my fault for coming down to pick up my medicine.I found out from a different pharmacist in town that over that 2 1/2 week period they never submitted my prescription to either the doctor's office for prior approval or to the insurance company for an approval, during that entire time, and just sat on my prescription. The pharmacist had to be on some type of medication to be acting in that crazy manner and not being able to supervise his own staff. Long story short I had to file a formal complaint against him as he truly does not appear to be competent to be able to run a pharmacy.
