My father in law spent many weeks at the Tracy Nursing and Rehab center between October and December ether in rehab or in hospice. He received excellent care from the entire staff. Everyone from the administrators to the charge nurses, the caregivers, the physical/occupational therapists, and even the custodial staff were kind and caring toward their patients. We noticed that every day when we visited we were greeted with a smile from all the workers we encountered. Almost all of the patients we encountered seemed to be content as well. It is an older facility and in need of some cosmetic upgrades (which they seem to be in the process of doing) but the level of care is excellent. I would recommend it highly.

Came to Tracy Nursing & Rehab for a visit and it was such a wonderful experience. Facility was clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Activities looked very fun and entertaining. I would definitely recommend this facility to those in need of skilled nursing services.
