I took my son there to have his braces put on and it was a great experience. The staff was very pleasant and answered every question. The assistants where fantastic helping my son put the actual braces on and of course Dr. Trosien was great as well. The time in and out was very quick. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Great environment to bring your child to.

Dr. Trosien provided orthodontia services for my two children--that in itself sounds--okay. However, he and his staff exemplified not only medical and business professionalism and expertise, but consistently exceeded customer service standards. Dr. Trosien proactively consulted with my daughter's oral surgeon over several years to implement a strategy to correct a defect. Together, they worked to assure the other was kept regularly informed and on board with the progress, collaborated on any necessary actions--taking the responsibility from me of having to interpret and go back and forth between them which was a relief to me! They even set up appointments for us with the other when they thought it appropriate. And just as Dr. Trosien was proactive in treatment (which he always included us in, often providing options for us to consider), he also showed compassion and understanding with the life of the teenager with braces--working with us to remove them for a single day just for Sr. pictures--this occurred on a day that his office would be typically closed for appointments and he was due to fly out on a trip! He treated us like family. But his rapport with his patients and patients' families doesn't stop with him, it extends to his staff. "Professional" may sound institutional or cold, but here it means that they know their business, how to do it right but on top of that, they perform their duties while treating you like family (family that they like!). They have been most accommodating when life dictates that appointments need to be changed, they offer coffee, work to help us understand any financial implications, and are warm and welcoming when we see them. Yet Dr. Trosien goes further. He contributes back to the community by coordinating drives for school supplies for our local schools, and coordinating clothing drives. He always has an activity for families and patients to participate in based around the holiday themes, and has a "Shave Ice" station on those hot summer days. And he and his staff celebrate the patient. You'd think each patient won a gold medal the day the braces come off. Touching and beyond the call of typical customer service. The physical facility has modern state-of-the-art equipment--not to mention IPads at each station for the enjoyment of the customers! The overall ambiance of the office is fun and progressive with innovative architectural features and furniture. As crazy as it sounds, I will be sad when my family's oral needs are complete and we no longer require the services of Dr. Trosien. It's special when a place and its people make you feel happier upon leaving because of the experience you had there, than you felt when you entered. Needless to say, with the utmost sincerity, I recommend Dr. Trosien's practice to anyone requiring orthodontic services. He is someone you can trust and whom is a great asset to our community.

All I can ever say about the "Trosien Team" is that they are very professional, courteous, patient, understanding, and work very hard when their patients are being seen. Good group of ladies (front and back), so keep up the good work! Dr. Trosien is a person whom both myself and my husband has put our trust into his hands and so far everything has worked out. Dr.Trosien explains everything and tries to help you understand what needs to be done. He listens to the parents and if they have a question he is more than willing to help in any way. I recommend to any one who needs Orthodontics to go and see him! We have been with Dr. Trosien with our 3 children and he does an excellent job! To end my review he also does things for his patients family like take professional christmas pictures, A's game, and free movie tickets. He not only gives to his patients but to the whole family as well. Drake (our son) always say to me "Thank you" mom for getting my teeth done at an early age because he always gets good comments from other people and his regular dentist. Go Team Trosien!

My daughter hadher braces put on yesterday by Dr. Trosien and Desiree. They both were very pleasant and professional. My daughter had a great experience and the entire staff were very pleasant. My other daughter had braces put on by another orthodontist and the experience was nothing like this one. I will continue to go to and recommend Dr. Trosien. Thank you for the wonderful experience and treatment.

As always thus far, I am seen right when I arrive for my scheduled appointment, which is great! My appointment went by in a timely manner and I was done and out the door after a half an hour as told. Which is great since I am usually headed back to work right after. I am also seeing excellent progress with my Invisalign!
