disgustingly horrible Service. At least at the pharmacy. The lady that runs it takes her lovely time unconcerned about others. I called 5 hours ahead, they said ready in 2. I came and she said 20 more min. its beem an hour and I'm still waiting. Moving my service elsewhere. Also CVS is a known tax dodger, moving their billions over seas so we get stuck paying their share with out own taxes. F-

I just had passport photos taken at this place. The quality is very bad. I am so disappointed!

I have been a loyal Longs Drugs customer for years. After swiching to a CVS the service level has dramatically dropped, i mean like big time. I tried sticking around with my prescriptions to just see if it was all cooncidence because of the change, and thought things may settle down, but I was definatly wrong. The pharmacy line is so long, generally everytime I go into that store. Today I have officially took all of my presciptions out and moved to another pharmacy. I make a conscience choice to NEVER shop there. TERRIBLE SERVICE LEVELS.

A prescription was faxed over the day before it was to be picked up. It was backordered. It was a very important prescription. A blood thinner to prevent blood clots. Instead of getting it from another pharmacy or notifying us that they did not have it, they allowed us to stand in line, then told us that they could possibly get it the next day. It was supposed to be taken 12 hours before they could POSSIBLY get it in. Horrible horrible service!!!!
