Made an appointment with Medicaid insurance. Medicaid patients are only seen two days during an entire month, thus creating a several month waiting list. Maybe a bit of double standards with the poor (Medicaid) patients being put on the bottom of the list, like second class citizens. Doesn't seem right to me...

We make sure to schedule our yearly appointments because our experience is always great! Dr. Baker is an awesome OD who will make sure you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. The front office staff is also great in booking appointments and helping with orders. We have never had to go back due to a bad prescription. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I have been going to Dr Fair for quite a few years, very professional and very thorough. Takes time to talk with you and explain everything. The good Dr has also come in on a few Saturdays to accommodate my schedule. This in itself is very rare and is very much appreciated. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I was in and out quickly and my glasses and contacts were perfect! I'll definitely be back there again next year for my eye exam!
