Absolute shit pharmacy employees. This manger woman Collins hates her life it seems, and the old guy is a dick too.

Normally my experiences are okay here at this Walgreen pharmacy. However, I feel like I am being treated differently because I require a controlled prescription to be filled. Generics aren't covered by my prescription plan for my prescription, but to the manager at this pharmacy, "generic permissible" means "generic absolutely required", and the manager refuses to fill my prescription as brand-name (which would be covered by my insurance) even though such decisions are normally left to managers (according to managers at other Walgreen I called) and are not a part of universal Walgreen policy. Being that I never had a similar issue at other Walgreens in larger cities, I can only imagine that this manager is applying her small town bigotry to block medication he/she deems as immoral for as long as possible. I suggest anyone that has a controlled prescription should think twice before using the pharmacy at this Walgreens.

Pharmacy service needs a little more personality from the actual pharmacists, and prescriptions take a bit too long (up to 1.5 hours?!), but overall a pretty good store.

This walgreens sucks! Don't go there! I had to fill a prescription for my wife after she just came out of the ER. I walked up just as They were closing the pharmacy. The guy said he couldnt fill it. By the way, he closed it two minutes early. What happened to customer service? The old lady cashier then yelled at me it closes at six. The manager wasn't any better. Stay away from this walgreens I had ro drive an hour to pueblo. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!
