Needed to get a cell phone updated. Looked for someone to help us but every time we walked up to an associate, he/she walked off. Finally decided to give up and do some shopping and got to the check outs and there were only about 4 open with lines clear to the isle. Finally went back to the electronics department, and cornered an associate. The only person in the whole store that could help us, was supposidly on break. It must have lasted over an hour. Well, we left our cart sitting there and left the store and did our shopping elsewhere.
