This King Soopers is not very good at special ordering. I put in an order for Marie Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing approx. 3 months ago. I have not only checked back in on a very regular basis but have called the store several times also. I get the same run around from the service desk, it's an item that comes into the Produce area, I go talk to them and they are really nice about letting me know if or when it comes in they will call me. So far not only no call, but they have no idea if it's even been ordered. I'm so sad that this Kings is not as good about special ordering as the Kings I use to live by. I have a hard time with this - it may seem like a small thing, but if they can't get this right what else is not getting done. So disappointed in this store. I'm hoping things improve. I would give them 0 stars if I could be you have to at least give one so that's what I did. Don't expect a special order anytime soon once you order.

The Bakery department is fantastic, Im getting married in a month and the person who was suppose to make our cake pulled out at the last minute. I went in to this location and explained what happened and let them know i was on a super strict budget and the girl sat and helped me for 45 mins figure out what i wanted and how to keep costs low. I am forever grateful for them.

I believe this is the BEST local supermarket. I have found things in here that I would have to special order even from Whole Foods, The cheese selection is superior and the service and selection are excellent. We always get help when we need it. They have special ordered products for me and they are usually here next day. So glad to have this market in our little town.

The managers who wear the black vest can be found texting on their phone, playing grab butt with other employees or basically ignoring you while they have conversations about the Broncos game. The cashiers are friendly but the management is horrible.

I've been impressed with the quality and service here, even though we're a smaller town. The produce selection and quality is better than that of the Longmont stores.
