A friend recommended 20/20 Vision Center two years ago, and I, in turn, will recommend this Center to anyone looking for a complete vision center. I was impressed with the thoroughness of my exam and the explanations I received. Last year I bought glasses and when I got them was sure they weren't "right". I went back to 20/20 two times, and both times was told to give them a week or two. (The style was quite different than any glasses I'd had before and the Rx was stronger.) Sure enough, a little patience paid off, and I've been very happy with them since.

Recently, I purchased a $1,200.00 pair of glasses from 20/20 Vision in Fort Collins. There was something wrong with the glasses/prescription and my right eye was blurry. When I reported this to the office, they refused to check out the glasses to see what was wrong with the prescription. I was told to wear them for 2 weeks and get used to them. There is no getting used to the WRONG prescription! I have had glasses and contacts for 48 years now and I know when my glasses are not correct. The fact that 20/20 Vision would not take responsibility for their faulty product is very disturbing. I have purchased a pair of glasses and contacts in the past. The people at 20/20 Vision will treat you fine if you don't have a problem, but if you do, LOOK OUT. You will need to PROVE they are wrong and then they may still refuse to stand behind their services and products!!!!!!!!! I insisted on a refund and will NEVER go there again.

I had a great experience here. Everybody was incredibly nice and professional. I struggled to get contact lenses in for a while, but the staff was very patient and understanding. They never got frustrated and always maintained a positive attitude. Without their support I don't think I could have done it! Thanks a million. :)

I went to 20/20 Vision earlier this year. Scheduling and check in was simple and the office staff was very friendly. Dr. Vosseteig was very attentive and explained everything in detail. I felt taken care of by him and his staff and will be back for my check up again next year. I was new to the area and decided to have my check up here based on online reviews. I definitely recommend 20/20 Vision.

We always have a very positive experience at 20/20. Dr. V is a very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate man. He has been our Dr since my 20 year old was 7. Now I take my 9 year old and she can't wait for her appts ea. year. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
