Sam's Club

I like there automobile department services. they are great a doing there job and of course getting new tires at prices less than the competition.
The manager there is rude as ever. I went in there because the tires I just bought and had installed LAST WEEK were out of balance. I took it to my dealership to confirm it was my tires, and low an behold, they were out of balance. Went here to get reimbursed by them not doing the job properly, the manager MARY treated me like I was a liar even though I had PROOF from the dealership that they were out of balance. She acted like I was trying to rip off Sam's for a whole $73.55.
For my grandson's birthday, I went to Sam's in Fort Collins to purchase a large stuffed bear that he expressed an interest in. When I looked in the 'bin' there were no bears. There was moose, giraffe's, alligators, lions, owls - an abundance of other animals, but no bears. So I asked a young man, Corey, if it was possible to have someone check up in the racks (they call it steel) to see if there were any bears up there. He was so helpful and made the request for the search. Sadly, there were no bears to be had. The point of this review is to express my appreciation for Corey and all the others that were involved in the search. They went the extra mile to help me.
SHORT VERSION: This place sucks. Don't get tires from Sams and most definitely don't use this club. LONG VERSION: Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I paid over $450.00 for my brand new tires last year from Sams club with the peace of mind that in the event any road hazard or anything was defective I could come back to the club for service and have them checked out. What essentially happened today, November 15, 2012 at the Fort Collins club was the worst excuse for customer service I have ever had. I have worked on automobiles my entire life and know mechanics extremely well. This being said, I don't appreciate being told "Yeah, your brakes are bad; there's nothing we can do," when I drop off my car to have a thumping sound checked out. I knew it was a tire and that it was coming from the front end. I had just replaced both front bearings and CV axles the week before trying to remedy the sound. They had my car for 15 minutes and said they took it for a drive and couldn't find anything. I'm as deaf as a garage door and I can still hear the sound, yet somehow they "couldn't". Also, when I was driving down the road, the geniuses didn't put one of my hubcaps back on correctly and it exploded off my car. Thanks guys! Gotta go get a new one now! Much appreciated! In conclusion, what upsets me the most is not that fact that they couldn't fix the problem, but that they didn't even investigate the problem nor humor me and just take the tire off the rim to check it out. What ultimately ended up happening was I took the car to the Discount Tire down the street and they found the problem in literally 10 minutes after investigating and balancing the tires: two bent rims. GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE, NOT SAMS.
They do not answer their phone!!!!!!
