My 103 year old grandmother was recently sent to Mantey Heights to recover from a broken leg.. She was expected to have full recovery once she could put her weight on that leg. While her stay at Mantey Heights Rehabilitation Care Center, she got a bed sore.. That was not taken care of.. She also had a bad infection in her good leg which was ignored by the staff. She was taken to Community Hospital last night and they discovered not only did she have a UTI that was not diagnosed but she had gotten staff infection at Mantey Heights. My grandmother is now being moved to hospice. Im so angry and upset with the care she received at this facility. If you have loved ones at Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center, I would suggest to move them immediately. I lost my grandmother because of this facility.

Horrible place. Staff don't answer the phone. They don't report health problems to the patient's doctors or family. They don't listen to patients, and they don't provide the health care they're there to give. I so regret that my mother was taken there.
