Just got off the phone with Towne pharmacy after I called to discuss my recently deceased mother's bill. The woman who answered asked me many personal questions even though I had requested to speak with an owner or manager regarding my mother's estate. She then began laughing when I expressed frustration that bills were coming to my house out of state. I asked her for her name repeatedly which she would not give to me. She said that she "wouldn't be intimidated by me" I told her I was not trying to intimidate her and that I needed her name so that I could discuss this utter disrespect with the owner. At this point she hung up on me. If you or loved one are in need of a pharmacy I would discourage use of this business. My husband called the pharmacy again to request the name of the woman again who had both laughed and hung up on me, again the employee tried to discourage him from getting her name. Which begs the question that if you act in one way, why would you not want your name associated with your action? He was finally told that her name is Jan.

I contacted the pharamcy when I learned I would need a hospital bed for my mother. They were great - researching this piece of home medical equipment and making sure it would be covered by Medicare. Vince was very helpful. I recommend them!
