As Kevin said, a very friendly staff who seems genuinely concerned about your well-being. Recently I had wisdom teeth removed and received a call later in the day from Dr. Zahner. He asked how I was doing, if I had any questions or concerns. Both during and after the procedure they always made certain I was comfortable or that any concerns I had were addressed. Beyond customer service though, the medical staff is also very passionate about what they do. They seemed very current with their knowledge and once again, genuinely concerned for my health. I was referred to Zahner Dental by both a colleague and friend and based on the great experience I had, I feel obligated to pass on a recommendation to anyone who might read this review.
