These guys are HORRIBLE! Don't believe these reviews. In my opinion these reviews are hokey and FAKE. I had a horrible experience and would never go back.

Fantastic dental office! My fist time at aspen dental and I was so impressed by their care and service. Kelly at the front desk is super friendly. Heidi the hygienist took great care of me. Dr Jay, who I understand is new to the office, realy knows his stuff and has a great personality. Can't say enough about these terrific folks. So glad I finnaly stopped putting off going to the dentist.

I want to say that I am so happy that I decided to go to this dental office. I have been so afraid to go to the dentist for such a long time. This is mainly due to my finances. I dont have dental insurance but they did not turn me away. They helped me understand my treatment and let me know that we can do this one thing at a time. They also gave me a few options so all hope wasn't lost. I did have to wait a little in the lobby before my treatment but that is to be expected at any Dr.'s office. Both Dr's are great and the staff is very welcoming and down to earth. Cant wait to go for next visit.

I could not be more pleased with my visit to Aspen Dental of Lisbon!! The staff here is EXCELLENT, my visit was quick and painless and very informational from start to finish. This staff really knows what they are doing! I recommend this office to all of my friends and family ! love this office!

I went too many Dental offices before and Aspen Detal in Lisbon, CT that make me think this is the one I am looking for. Honestly I am kind of very picky patient specially when I am looing for dentist. I LOVE Dr. MyHanh Vu, her Dental assistants (Kim, etc.. etc..), her Dental hygienist (Britney) and Office Manager (Kelly). In general, They are professional team and they know how to treat the patient. I remember, first time I went to Aspen Dental in Lisbon, CT. All I have to say is: Wow!!! Upon entering the office, I found the interio to be very warm and inviting, which was futher reflected by the polite and courteous staff. They treated me as if I have been a patient for a very long time even though they had never met me before.I only wait for a few minutes before they called me in to get my teeth cleaned. Now the cleaning part been hit and miss in the past for me; sometimes it goes off without a hitch and sometimes the hygentist makes my gums so bloody it looks like I've been chewing on razor blades. Nothing like that here. The Hygienist (Britney) use a water pik to loosen the tartar in hard-to-reach places so they don't have to auger it forever with the sharp metal scraper. The cleaning process was very comfortable and pain-free, and they got everything. After the typical tooth polishing and flossing. About the dentist, Dr. MyHanh Vu, I have to say, It was more than pleased. She is just a naturally nice dentist, not forceful, extremely informative, and seemed happy to have me in her practice. Not only did she find some problems that another clinic did not find, she also told me that a costly procedure they had recommended was not necessary. She also gave me other options that could be more affordable to me. Clearly, She is a dentist that truly cares about the well-being of her patient's teeth. Thanks Apen dental for the best services that I have never been received before from another clinics.
