I don't usually come here and now I remember why. I was with my two young children and went through the self checkout aisle. The whole time I was checking out, the kid monitoring that section hovered over me. Like right behind me the whole time. To the point he was making me nervous, uncomfortable, and flustered. My 4 year old wanted one of the 50 cent lollipops. I had already scanned one and put it in my bag. She still had one in her hand as I was putting my stuff in the cart. He then made me feel as if I was trying to steal a 50 cent lollipop. Maybe if he hadn't been making me so nervous the whole time I would have noticed sooner that she had a second lollipop in her hand. I left practically in tears and will never come here again. P.S. 50 cents is a rip off. Right after I went to stop n shop and they had the same lollipops for 12 cents.

This does not belong to Walmart in Putnam, this belongs to Walmart in Brooklyn! Won't let me delete it.. Absolute terrible experience, SEVERAL times! First we went to cash out by self check out and registers didn't work and the clerk was NOT interested in helping us, but stood there talking to her friends. We finally moved to another register and checked out. Another time we needed help and asked a clerk, she was talking with a co-worker, and was very annoyed that we asked for help. She brushed us off, told us to go look over there and we might find some. We asked her to look for us and if she could not be bothered to help us, maybe she could find someone who could! The final time, tonight, was a disaster. I had to write a check, and the cashier had no idea what to do with a check. "oh, I have never seen this", "I'm not sure what to do with this"....."That's weird it printed on the back, I wonder why" these are a few of the comments the cashier made while I was waiting with a line of people behind me. The last comment, can't you find another place for your smokers instead of the front of the building where people come and go????? Inside the store some of the prices are okay, but the grocery stores that have buy one/get one or buy one get 2 free beat your prices all day long. People beware, the big box stores are NOT always the best prices. And the worst part of your store is your parking lot, one ways, all the curbing, really???? Why do you need such a maze??? The poor people who have to plow it !

Every time we shop here they have nothing in stock. The customer service sorry but "Sucks" so hate going to this store!! It's funny because you never ever see a manager walking around like other retail stores. Wal Mart has gone down hill they do not care about the customer it's all about the bottom line!! Sam Walton must be turning in his grave to see were his company ended up.

Still under construction!!! Pulled in with our 34 ft 5th wheel and the parking lot is awful!!! Hope we can get back out of here without any mishaps. Satellite view made it look wonderful. Never again!!
