All About Smiles is one of the best small businesses around. From the moment someone steps into the office, they get greeted with enthusiasm and welcomed with love. This is the only location that I have visited with my family that threats everyone with respect and kindness. Everybody in the building knows your name, as well as the doctors create an environment where you feel comfortable asking any question, no matter how dumb you may think it is. All About Smiles also does an amazing job with scheduling appointments. When my grandmother was having issues with her teeth we gave Dr. R a call, and she took us in and helped us the very next day. Unlike some big business dentist companies All About Smiles is very costumer oriented; from the moment you walk in, to the time the appointment is finished, you feel right at home. I rate All About Smiles 5/5 for their great attitudes and the amazing communication which makes the visit more enjoyable.

Unprofessional Attitude My daughter had her cleaning done few months ago at Dr Sonalika Rungta office. At that time, she was advised to have her cavities filled out too. She was given an estimate and an appointment. Yesterday, when my daughter was in the middle of the the procedure, Dr Rungta told her she was using white filling instead of the silver . My daughter could not answer because her mouth was wide open. The office charged my daughter a lot more than the actual estimate. I called the office and complained that the Dr should give my daughter the option before starting the procedure not in the middle of it. It should be our choice whether or not we should choose the different material and pay higher amount. The Dr took the phone from the assistant and started yelling and screaming, quote"if you are concerned about the money, you should go to the third world country" Then she hung up the phone on my face. By making this comment she forgot that if every one start going to other countries for dental care, she will be out of the job. We customers are the one who bring bread and butter on her table. I was stunned to hear this from a professional Doctor. I'm not sure if she was racial when she made this comment or she was just rude and ignorant. None the less, her attitude was extremely unprofessional. I called her office back and cancelled my appointment which was scheduled next month. I will never recommend this doctor to any one.

I love Dr Rungta.The procedure were explained to us. The office worked with our insurance company and I recommend this office and Dr Rungta to all my family and friends.
