Worst customer service I have ever encountered at any CVS. Plus, Cashier Donna and Supervisor Tracy are racist and bias... I experienced Donna down talking a person of color the first time I went into the store, I thought maybe they knew each other, or that maybe this person did something she was not supposed to do, but still my humanitarian side jumped in and asked Donna if that was any way to talk to a customer... I told her she was lucky it wasn't me, because corporate would be hearing about this behavior. Today was my second visit to the store, hence my email to corporate has already went out. How is it that CVS can allow this type of behavior from cashiers who are clearly not happy with the job function. There are plenty of people who need jobs, and these 2 are just taking their for granted. I felt targeted from the moment I walked into the store, but I watched as she treated other customers (non black or Hispanic) with respect and extremely nice, and I watched her attitude, presentation and tone changed when it was a person of color. And it got progressively worst if the person was using coupons. Which in term is couponers discrimination... I'm not sure what her problem is, but this type of harassment can't be condoned at any retail store where we go spend our money. Regardless of what type of currency we are using! I didn't know CVS hired so many racist staff in one small town.

This CVS is great! I never have a problem finding everything I need and the staff is wonderful and very helpful!
