BE WARNED!! SHOTTY WORK AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO MEDICAL COMPANIES!! I went there needing several cavities filled, I ended up being talked into 4 crown's and root canal's for every one.. So far all the crown's except for ONE have fallen out or broken while in place, and have since been replaced. And on top of that ONLY ONE of my teeth worked on had a root canal performed even though I WAS CHARGED for FOUR! I have new X-RAYS to confirm.. My insurance ended up not paying for more than half of the work and is trying to collect from me! For work that apparently wasn't even done! WATCH OUT!!!

I went to Manatee Dental the first time because I have tartar. The Dentist did X-Rays, oral exam. Then I went to the Dental Hygienist Rosa and she decided I need Perio Scale Per for $979 because of the Infection (Periodontitis). I said NO and she cleaned standard my teeth. She removed only partially the tartar. Then I paid and left. I went to other Dentist with good Review and the Dental Hygienist said, YOU DON'T NEED THE SPECIAL CARE BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE PERIODONTITIS! The second thing, the place isn't clean and everywhere is dust.

Dr. Kira Gekht is a caring, capable and knowledgeable dentist and her staff is the same. I would recommend that anyone seeking a good dentist to visit Manatee Dental.
