Doctor Martinez is awesome! The girls there are friendly and keep things running smoothly. This is the first dentist that i've been to that doesn't waste time. You walk in and sit, before you are comfortable they are already calling you to the back. It's always in and out, which i love.

This place has horrible customer service. Starting from my appointment, apparently copping an attitude is fine if you are late or need to cancel ahead of time. They actually have a decent system to confirm appts online unfortunately they don’t seem to use it as the front desk will call and if you don’t pick up to respond they assume you’re a no-show and cancel. So do yourself a favor and don’t confirm via their email system. Aside from this all my appts which I’ve shown up on time (4 of 5) they make you wait 15-30 min before they even see you for your cleaning or whatever you need done. Also note if they have a problem with your insurance not paying for whatever reason on your next visit they will see you (to charge your insurance) and then have you pay for your previous visit on your way out: “Oh by the way you owe us $___ for your last visit which your insurance did not pay” I reply “why did no one contact me before coming to the visit? You have my email, phone #” Front desk replies “oh, well let’s confirm your address” Huh?! Really?! “What does my address have to do with you not informing me you had a payment issue with my insurance half a year ago?” Last to mention, I’ve had my cleaning done at dental office for the past 8 years and none have literally made me feel like someone punched my teeth like the older lady that works in this office. From making me suction my own mouth during my cleaning to sticking a condom like cover on the xray tabs when taking film that tasted awful and finally speed cleaning with floss popping the floss and pulling teeth with it; it was by far my worst experience ever. Be aware you’ve been warned.

Never going back. Root canal on a tooth that wasn't bothering me or infected. It started bothering me AFTER the root canal, hurts to touch it. All the fillings he did are rough and have sharp edges.

The dentist was quite rude! Dont even bother going if you dont have top notch insurance.
