Had an appointment Scheduled for 9am didn’t get service till 1030am then at 11am was told to set another appointment to do anything… Here is my story so you don’t have to waste your time with this place. I showed up at 8:30am figuring I would have to do paper work. They told me I didn’t have dental coverage but my wife had a visit a couple weeks prior under my insurance. So they looked it up and was able to find it. Finally they called me to the back around 9:49am sat in back till 10:30am I explained my time concern and they told me my appointment was for 10am I had to show them my appointment card that said 9am. Had x-rays done after that conversation. Around 10:50am the dentist came in looked at x-ray I explained to him about my appointment time he stated why did I come so early sine his chart said 10am showed him my appointment card also he apologized. Now I’ve been sitting in this office since 830am its after 11am and they tell me they cant do anything today set another appointment to get anything done on the 3 page list they gave me. I used this office prior to corporate take over and it was great always on time if I had a tooth problem they would squeeze me in. Now I will be leaving the office I have been using for 5 years with my friends and family and everyone will go with me to another office that will stick to their appointment times.

Modern facility. Recently stopped running on time. Recently changed management or something. Now all "cleanings" turn into the need for a "root and scaling". I scheduled my 14 year old son for his six month cleaning and they would not clean his teeth, instead did a consultation for a root and scaling and gave him an estimate and asked us to reschedule. Same thing happened with my 16 year old and with me...clearly a change in policy has occurred. Called the office to address the matter and was put on hold - - indefenitely. I don't like it.

Now know as Great Expressions Dental Centers. Lisa's always great and painless.
