Dr. Heba el Goweni and Dr. Omaima Moussa are adequate doctors. They are knowledgeable and have decent bedside manners, in person. HOWEVER, the office staff sucks. They are unprofessional and rude. There is always at least a half hour wait to see the doctors, even if you are the first appointment of the day. The nurses aren't particularly friendly or kind to scared children. My biggest complaint, however, is that my child is on a maintenance drug for ADHD, and because it is a stimulant (controlled substance) it has to be hand carried from the office to a pharmacy monthly. EVERY SINGLE TIME I call the office to get a refill, they insist on seeing my child in the office. Esentially, even though she has been on the same medication for two years, they want to collect the copay. It is so unprofessional and discouraging to know that my child's doctors are more concerned about collecting a $35 copay than they are in the well-being of my child. I unequivocally do NOT recommend this office. They are literally the WORST pediatricians I have EVER dealt with.
