For the size of the office and the amount of staff, it is still very difficult to schedule an appointment. You better schedule your next six month appointment at the time of your current visit. Then don't change anything in your life that will make keeping that appointment difficult because rescheduling it will take you 'round and 'round the schedule and you'll end up with something 2 months later. I really hate to make dental appointments for my kids during the school day, but that's what I have to end up doing. It is difficult to leave work and pick up your kid from school for a dental cleaning. It ends up being a 2.5 hour affair. I just think they should hire another dentist and a couple of hygienists to work all evenings and Saturdays. It's a very popular & high tech practice, and I think that if they looked at the numbers they should be able to figure this out.

Very difficult to get an appointment as their hours are designed to suit themselves rather than patients who have a job. Pleasant overall, but you always are saying 'no' to something or the other they are trying to sell you (dentures, whitening, caps, etc). That is a very uncomfortable experience.

If you are going in to get your teeth cleaned or whitened, GREAT! If you have a problem, like say an abscess tooth, they have no clue what to do. Cosmetic dental is their profession. Anything other than that they will charge you an office visit and send you some where else. All that needed to be done was a root canal... and these people couldn't even figure that out.

Excellent! I have been going to Dr Donatelli for some years and I would follow him to the ends of the earth! I have never been a fan of Dentists, probably a byproduct of my childhood experiences. I reluctantly visited TIOGA DENTAL when the pain became to unbearable. I remember my first visit - Dr Donatelli was so gentle, so calm and soooo patient. He explained the procedures to me. I never felt nor saw a single injection! I have told many people that they visited Dr Donatelli, and they all come back with raving reviews. I strongly recommend anyone who is anxious, apprehensive or fearful of the dentist to visit this place. Oh yeah I got a full mouth rehabilitation (dental implants and veneers) which has changed my life! Prices are very reasonable considering the high quality work that i have received

I first visited Tioga Dental in March 2011. I had read and heard good things, but I was still blown away. The office is pristine. Everything is very modern and clean. The office staff was helpful, and my dental hygienist was awesome. She was engaging yet professional and listened to my needs. She also explained every aspect of the cleaning process, which helped me relax. She also did before-and-after shots of my teeth, and what a difference! Each cleaning room overlooks the golf course across the street AND has its own TV...on the ceiling! You can choose the channel and then watch as your teeth are being cleaned. It really helps take your mind off of the process. Be sure to pick up LOTS of their chapstick...the pomegranate and kiwi flavors are awesome. Above all, what I really appreciate is that I get to see the same hygienist at my next appointment; I like the consistency. Overall, GREAT experience. I recommend them to everyone I know and I can't wait to go back next week for my next cleaning! Oh, and it's totally worth the drive if you live in Gainesville proper like I do!
