Dr. Marder received $ 2.41 million from Medicare, our tax dollars, in 2012 for a radiation procedure for which only tow other doctors billed the program. And doctors complain that electronic health records are an imposition on them. Electronic Health Records will be able to audit such disproportionate billing and save taxpayers billions.
