Courteous and all, but it took three trips back and forth from home in one week to get them to print off a mother's day photo book due to errors with their apparently poorly supported photo printing machine. When they finally did get it to work a couple days later, they gave it to me for free but of course I had to pick it up myself. By then, mothers day was over.

We just moved here to Orlando from Houston, and the pharmacy staff completely surprised us with their level of service and professionalism. Actually, they went past all that and actually gave us old-fashioned small-town customer service, from the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by the cashier to the time that we were done. They worked with our CVS in Houston to get the prescriptions transferred, and filled them in record time. Thanks for helping make our move a little easier!

The pharmacist is a fat lazy slob who needs an attitude adjustment. I've seen him on several occasions being rude with customers. I would suggest avoiding this store until CVS wises up and sends this Latino packing
