Pleasantly surprised! I went here today for the first time and was very impressed. Minimal paperwork, most insurance accepted, easy parking, clean office and hardly any other patients. I was in and out in under an hour. The office staff is very friendly too. This is my new go-to place for light medical care.

Not just urgent care. Highly recommend both Dr. Dang and Dr. Ho (Colonialtown location) as a PCP (with Saturday hours (Conway Location). Both physicians and the office staff are courteous, personable and highly professional. Front of house communicates effectively with the back, which I found was an issue at other offices I have gone to in the past.

Fast and very friendly. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Orlando area.

i sat on the phone 15mins and they lady on the phone just kept telling me to hold..i called back and she said she swamped and wont be able to get to me....1 star , hire more people
