The Higher Standard of Customer Service here is definitely a priority that is practiced daily among the staff, I've yet to have had a bad experience at this particular location & i don't think i will either, always greeted upon entry, the associates and even management will stop what they're doing walk you directly to the item that you're looking for if it really has to come to that, clearly they're trained to be knowledgeable of the merchandise layout of the store, that's a lot better than pointing saying "over there" like other retailers would. - The only one thing i could say though is that there should be some type of tipping/tip out system implemented among the associates, I've seen quite a few from various departments go out of their way to help & service someone, {they put up with a lot from some of the customers that I've witnessed; like the ones that easily loose composure of themselves when they don't get what they want/etc}. So i think that type of superior service should be rewarded, starting off with that deli & bakery for all those Custom Sandwiches/Subs & Cakes!
