Dr. Vijay and his staff were nice enough to see me last minute. I had a piece of wood stuck in my eye for roughly 7 days, and my other appointment fell through. I called Waterford Lakes Eye Care at 4:45p and was being looked at by 5:15p the same day! As a student with no insurance Dr. Vijay was kind enough to help me with the cost and even provided me with an option to follow up free of charge! Will recommend to all my co-workers and family. I cannot express my full gratitude for Dr. Nair and his staff. Following a terrible experience at another optometrist over 2 years ago, I simply stopped wearing glasses and gave up being able to see. Dr. Nair listened to all my concerns, gave a thorough and compassionate eye exam, and promised me that I would be happy with the results, or he would do whatever was necessary to help me. I got my glasses today, and the moment I put them on, I knew my previous troubles were over. Dr. Nair and all his staff are wonderful people AND excellent at their profession! Manager Stephanie is the most rude employee in the world. She doesn't know how work with people and she was very nasty with my wife. A very rude staff and bad service .
