Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine

My wife had a frozen shoulder and was treated here in May and June 2014. After that they started to send me suspicious billings. The first bill was OK and we paid it full. But then about a month later they sent me another one that had slightly different items with a few hundred dollars more. Something was wrong here because some items were added and some were removed on the 2nd bill. My wife asked for explanation and had to call the billing department several times. Now they are saying that they did some special treatment on a specific day and my wife said there was no special treatment on that day. Most of all, they kept changing story and we cannot trust them anymore. I'm preparing for filing for a medical insurance fraud now. Be careful when you choose this hospital.
In January of 2011, I had ACL replacement and meniscus repair surgery. From the first time I visited Orthopedics Associates of St. Augustine off CR 210, I was treated professionally and courteously. The staff, Paige, Becky, Nathan, Mike, and Dr. Kasraeian were awesome! Always friendly, professional, and accomodating. Dr. Kasraeian performed my surgery and the results couldn't have been better. He always made me feel comfortable and included me in the decision making process. I have had no complications, thus far, and recovery has been smooth. Nathan and Mike have been great physical therapists. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, they really work with you at your pace, pushing you within your limits. Paige and Becky always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Dr. Kasraeian and his staff made me feel like a patient and not just another number. I cannot thank everyone at OASTAUG enough! Thank you, Thank You!
