Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a product/service provider. I believe in patronizing local businesses, rather than the big-box stores (although I've never had such a horrific experience with a large retailer). Extremely over priced, horrible take-it-or-leave-it attitudes, the absolute worst customer service. The office staff has lied to me repeatedly. I've been waiting for five weeks for a replacement lens (warranty, of course!) and have received nothing but weak excuses and lies when inquiring of the status of my order. Today, I called the office to speak with Dr. Wayne Golden at 9:01 am, and was refused by the girl who answered the phone. She said she took a message, and I've yet to receive that return call. Front office staff like this (Linda is the worst-very vindictive) will surely be the demise of this business. I absolutely would NOT recommend this service provider to anyone! And everyone in my social media network will be advised the same!

Dr. Golden is a great provider, very professional & has a great sense of humor. I trust him 100% with my eys & will continue to see him for ALL of my vision/eye care needs!!!

I have been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Golden for about 6 years. I have always felt like I could TRUST him with my eyes and know that if I had a problem he would be there to take care of it. The staff has always been super friendly and personable.
