Aspen Dental

The staff as far as the Dentist and Hygienist were more then polite and their skills far exceeded the expectation. They are the only reason I am giving this 2 stars. My insurance only pays a certain amount and I was given a bill and was made to pay before the service was given. (Which I understand and had no issue paying and it was over $700, this is why I had all my dental work within the matter of a few weeks.) If the Ins denied a claim, then it's the billing departments job to resubmit the claim and get it approved. I have worked in medical billing, and I have never ever been in an office where the office came back to the patient because of an error in their billing. Make sure you get everything in writing! Luckily I paid credit card and not cash, but I was turned into a collection agency for the amount my insurance refused to pay, even though I have already paid the amount given to me before my services rendered. Fast service but major issues in their billing, watch it very close. If things get straightened out and my credit is no longer effected, I will update my status.
Very kind and caring environment. The entire staff was courteous, professional and very welcoming. As a patient, I was well informed and they made me feel very comfortable.
Very shady billing. Nice people but look at your bill cause the add stuff you didnt agree to
Having went for my first check up and review since 2009, I was thrilled with the dentist, Provenzele, hygienist, (Jackie???), person who took my x-rays (Adrian?), Donna (secretary), and the checkout lady (name??). I'm sure they will laugh as I am not sure their names, but they had me in within 5 minutes of my appointment time, took many x rays painlessly (a miracle...usually the things they put in your mouth for x rays are painful to hold in), and gave such a thorough explanation of my x rays, answered several questions I had patiently, and all was FREE for the first visit with 20% off for the work to be done. I had chosen this place after calling several dentists and found this particular dentist to have a lower price on crowns. I would have to say, they are well worth every penny! Bravo!
My wife and I went to Aspen Dental on US 19 in Spring Hill and we were very impressed with the office and how friendly everyone was. The dentist explained all the work we needed and we are going to go back for apointments. I live in New Port Richey but this was worth driving.
