These guys are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and experienced doctors and staff. Not to mention they really care. They are always busy and that is because they are so good. I have been to a few places that have me questioning how they are still doing business to this day but I will take my babies here for as long as live close enough to take them there. Dr Darko and Dr Zapata are amazing vets who are caring and compassionate. I operate Sunshine State Westie Rescue and we have been taking our dogs in that area to these vets for a while now. They are experienced with holistic medicine as well as traditional medicine. Their office is fully up to date with all the latest procedures and treatments. Everyone there is so nice and considerate. I have no hesitation in recommending these vets and this office to anyone.

I have been going to Animal Wellness Clinic of Tamarac for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about them! I have a number of dogs and one cat and no matter what issue, question or concern I call them with they are always willing to listen and offer assistance. One of my dogs (my baby and very first dog) has a hereditary condition and the specialist that I met with said that there was nothing that could be done for her and she would only live between 9 to 12 months. Well we are doing some alternative treatments with her and she is still here today 15 months later. It is not only the fact that they look at alternative solutions it is also the fantastic service - allowing me to leave my dog for treatment for the day because I cannot pick her up in the middle of the day due to my work schedule or even going as far as coming in early just so I could drop my dog off before I had to be at work. I know she won't live forever but I am able to offer her a good quality of life thanks to Dr. Darko and his team. I never feel as though I am being taken advantage of. They always treat me with respect and I can tell that they really care about my animals. I would recommend Dr. Darko and his staff to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic with a big heart and lots of compassion! Thank you for all you do! Dr. Darko, I just want to thank you for the top quality service you always provide to my rescues. I also want to thank you for always being fair, not overcharging and not charging for things my dogs don't need. I always know my dogs are safe at your clinic and are receiving specialized care. I have friends who go to various vets who have overcharged them; their dogs have even been misdiagnosed sometimes causing death. I never have to worry about this at your clinic. I also want to thank you for always going the extra mile to help me and my dogs and to provide the quality of care they so deserve. I want to also thank your staff for their professionalism and caring not only for dogs that have homes but also for rescues. You don't discriminate, and treat rescues with the same care and love and paying dogs. Thank you for that.
