I love Publix, not the prices but their service. This Publix is the worst I have ever been into. I live right around the corner but travel all the way across town to go to the one off of 54. The employees here are horribly rude, and every time I give it another try it gets worse. Service so bad I will never go back to this Publix.

I absolutely love Publix cakes, they're delicious. So I had to choose Publix for my wedding cake. I chose a beautiful 3 tiered square cake with buttercreme roses around each level. The cake was in fondant. However, when it arrived at my wedding, it was crushed on one side the fondant didn't reach all the way around, the roses were smashed. It looked like it had been though A LOT. Thankfully, however, my florist covered all the damage with real flowers and I didn't even notice until someone had told me, although I did notice something was odd about it. It was, delicious, however and none of my guests noticed how ugly it once was. We brought the pictures into Publix and they said that was completely unacceptable and gave us a full refund.
