I had a little issue with scheduling I spoke with Mrs. Addie i think she was the office manager and she was sincerely apologetic and wanted to not only make sure that I was able to get scheduled asap but she also wanted to find out who i spoke with and why it took this long to get me scheduled. And she even offered a discount if i visited her office. Thanks Addie

Jackie, who works there was very professional and helpful. I appreciate her courtesy and her going out of her way to help me. She said she even stayed after-hours to take care of me. This dental office is superb! I happened upon them because my previous dental office was giving me the run-around because of new insurance and my child needed to be seen to have teeth (that were causing him pain) to be extracted. He's five and loves to eat. The month+ delay that the other office was forcing us to wait until we showed up on the roster and their refusal to accept an immediate transfer from the insurance company was unacceptable and caused me to look elsewhere for our care. I'm so glad I did! I was immediately impressed with this office from the beginning. The receptionist, Kat, was friendly and helpful. She sympathized with our situation and got us an appointment, same day! When we got there, she was already ready for us, paper work in hand. She handed my son a coloring book and crayons and he loved that. It truly is the little things that make a big difference. As I filled out the paper work, I took note of how huge, clean, organized, and presentable the office was, and I hadn't even been to the back yet. Once we were called back, my expectations were blown through the roof! Every single person in that office was fantastic! The woman that worked with us in scheduling future appointments (as new patients) was excellent. The hygienist was funny and kind and held my son's hand through the entire process. And Dr. Sabur was top-of-the-line. She has such a warm spirit and I didn't feel ANY issues with leaving my son in her tender care. She and the hygienist talked my son through the extraction of FOUR teeth. They really took awesome care of him and I'm so pleased with their level of care and attentiveness. They answered all of my questions and concerns and never made me feel rushed. They engaged my older son (who wasn't being seen) in the conversation as well. They treated us like we mattered! When it was time to check out and pay, Kat came back to check on him, make sure he was able to be seen, and to see how he was doing. Everyone made him feel really good and proud of himself by complimenting on him for handling it so well. And they gave him toys on his way out the door. So, we found Dental One Associates sort of by accident. But out of a stressful situation came an experience that I will appreciate forever. As long as I have insurance that is accepted there, I will always be a patient of Dental One Associates. Thanks guys, for your superior service!!!

I got my braces put on Sept 2009 paid my account in full feb 2010. They were due off July 2011. I was told in December 2011 i would be fitted for my retainer at my January 2012 appointment. I had another set back due to yet again misplaced appliances! February i was promised my braces would be off by April 2012. So i planned my braces of vacation. I never missed an appointment in 3yrs either! their poor scheduling has me now waiting until May to get my braces off!!! Don't do it, go to some other place!
