Staff was great and Dr.Gasser was cool too. The staff was very friendly, helpful and laughed at my jokes/goofiness. I wished they had more of women selections, but what I found was fine. I think they had a better selection for men. Overall great experience and glad I went. I use to go to 20/20 eyes care and their service was not good. Not friendly and always pushed for the more expensive selections. At American Eye care they listened and didn't push me to get everything I didn't need. Great service

The staff here is wonderful! They were friendly and very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. The doctor was very professional and made me feel relaxed while taking the eye exam. She provided me with helpful information and suggested ways to correct my eye problems. They also gave me a temporary pair of glasses while they made my new pair. I am a customer of theirs for life now!

Great staff & service. I ordered contacts but they weren't ready for the event I needed them for, they supplied me with a trial pair for my emergency.Huge thank you for that. Answered all my questions, wait time was short. I was excited to find out they accept Tricare and waive fee for contact lens exam. Found our new eye care home.

Lets start off, SCAM, what a horrible place, there glasses are very cheap and low quality, yet cost too much, the next issue is, we went in for a eye checkup, was informed it would be a eye insurance visit, and yet now were getting calls from a collector saying it was through the medical insurance, and we have to pay it, so they lied to us to get us to visit, now they are harassing us with a collector, not to make it worse but i called the owner, just to be cussed out and told that he wouldnt fix it, just to pay my bill which i dont ow for there mistake

I have been going for several years. The staff is friendly and the doctors always explain about the exam and treat you with respect. I would recommend them. I have read some of the negative reviews, but i have never had a problem with them. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer but usually there is a room full of patience. This is to be expected. I have never had problems with getting the correct contacts and the doctors i have seen never seemed rushed. I have been going to them since 2004. I am not sure what happened with some of these negative experiences but for me i have never had any problems with the staff or the doctors.
